Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PromotR ("we", "us") operates a social marketplace and directory for Miami nightlife. We connect users with venues, promoters, and hosts. We are not a venue, ticket reseller, or event organizer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PromotR. Many events require attendees to be 21+ — venue and host rules apply at the door regardless of what is listed here.

3. Roles on the platform

• Members browse, RSVP, request invites, and review.
• Casual hosts post free RSVP / invite-only events.
• Verified Promoters and Venues may sell tickets, tables, and reservations.

4. Marketplace and payments

For paid offerings sold by verified Promoters and Venues, PromotR facilitates payment via our payment processor. PromotR is not the seller of record for venue services; the venue or host is responsible for delivering the table, ticket, or reservation as listed. Refund and chargeback policies are listed on each offering and host storefront.

5. Casual host listings

Casual hosts may list private boat days, dinners, and friend-of-friend gatherings on a free RSVP basis only. Casual hosts may not sell tickets, charge cover, or accept payment through PromotR. Listings tied to a venue may be required to provide proof of reservation.

6. Conduct and safety

You agree not to harass other users, post false reviews, impersonate venues, or use the platform for illegal activity. We may suspend accounts at our discretion. Always meet new people in public, well-lit venues.

7. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a real, first-hand experience. Venues and hosts may publicly respond. We remove reviews that violate our content policy.

8. Liability

PromotR is provided "as is". We are not liable for the conduct of hosts, venues, or users, or for incidents that occur at events. By attending an event listed on PromotR you assume the ordinary risks of nightlife and travel.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance.
